Now that we are in a third National Lockdown you must not leave, or be outside of your home except where necessary.
You may leave the home to exercise with your household (or support bubble) or one other person, this should be limited to once per day, and you should not travel outside your local area.
Taking some exercise and being outside in the natural environment has many vital benefits, to help maintain our physical wellbeing as well as our mental health at this difficult time.
Sport England provides advice to help you find great ways to get active, whether this is at home, away from the home or online.
Wesport (our active partnership) have the most up to date information with regards to keeping active during lockdown, there is lots of guidance and advice available here.
