Whilst it is imperative that we follow the official government guidelines, it is also important to remain active, as it can have many vital benefits. We need to maintain our physical wellbeing but it is also crucial to support our mental health.
Whilst observing social distancing protocols, it is possible to build activity into our daily routines, e.g. going for a run, walk or bike ride, and also doing home workouts.
Sport England’s message and our message is to stay active – do it safely, do it locally and enjoy doing it differently.
