Please see below for our class timetable. If you have not attended a class before please complete the contact form below and someone will respond as soon as possible.
Pilates – a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the whole body, in particular working on core strength to improve posture, balance and help avoid injury. Suitable for all abilities.
Stretch and Tone (self-empowerment only) – a mixture of exercises to increase strength using body weight and improve flexibility and balance. Suitable for all abilities.
Yoga – exercise class focused on strength, flexibility and breathing to improve physical and mental wellbeing. The class includes a physical aspect and breathing relaxation. Suitable for all abilities **STARTING JANUARY 2020**
